What you can bring on a Lake Como boat
Skipper, fuel, taxes, a listed pick-up and usually water are in the price; the sunset slot adds spritz and prosecco. Anything else, tell me with your date.

Each of my days already includes the skipper, the fuel and the taxes. See the half day →
Tell me what you want to bring when you send the date, and I tell you what fits. A bottle, a cake, towels or food from ashore all go in the same message.
What is already in the price
The price of the boat carries the skipper, the fuel, pick-up and drop-off at a listed point, and the taxes. Water is on board “usually”, which is the operator’s word: the norm, not a guarantee on every boat. Spritz and prosecco come with the sunset. What a day on the water costs has the arithmetic.
What sits outside it
Villa tickets and meals. Unless a listing says otherwise, you pay the Balbianello ticket and the restaurant bill yourself. Stopping for lunch by boat explains how a meal works when the restaurant has its own dock.
With children
A small child can come aboard, and the boat can provide a child’s life jacket. The rest of a family day is in Lake Como with kids.
Drinks
Drinks are among the things people write into a booking most often, so asking is ordinary. “Can we bring a bottle, are there glasses, do we need towels” is one line, in the same message as the date.
Common questions
Can we bring our own drinks on board?
Tell me what you would bring when you send the date, and I tell you what fits. The sunset hours already carry spritz and prosecco, and water is normally on board.
Is prosecco included?
In the sunset slot, yes: spritz and prosecco come with it. The daytime listing for the same two hours, at €470, does not mention a glass.
Is this an all-inclusive rate including fuel and all fees?
Yes. The quoted price covers the boat and its skipper, the fuel, the taxes, and the collection and return at a listed point. Water is aboard more often than not. What it does not cover, unless a listing says otherwise: entry to a villa, and anything eaten ashore.
