Yes: a handful of restaurants here have their own dock, and the boat leaves you there and comes back at the hour you agree. The stop comes out of the hours you book, so two hours ashore in a four-hour afternoon leave two hours on the water.
Booking the table
The table goes in your name, not the boat’s. Guests often ask the skipper to make the call, by name, for a specific restaurant, sometimes days ahead, and it is a normal thing to ask. Leave it until the morning and the few places with a dock may be full.
Restaurants with a dock
The public list is short. La Punta sits out on the point at Bellagio. Aurora is at Lezzeno, Crotto dei Platani at Brienno, and La Tirlindana opposite Isola Comacina. Vapore and Belvedere are at Torno, and Acquadolce at Carate Urio.
The good ones off the tourist route are known to the people who run boats. Ask me for one when you write.

Yes, and ask early rather than on the day. The table goes in your name, and I tell them roughly when the boat arrives. The time we agree is also the time the boat comes back for you.
What kind of restaurant is there in Bellagio?
On the public dockable list, Bellagio's entry is La Punta, out on the point. Elsewhere on the lake the dockable ones are scattered (Lezzeno, Brienno, Torno, opposite Isola Comacina). So where you eat depends on where the day takes you, rather than the other way round.
Is lunch included in the price of the boat?
No. The boat is priced for the boat, and the bill is yours, as are villa tickets.
Does the skipper wait while we eat?
Not at the table. The boat goes, and comes back at the hour you agreed.
