What time to leave is the other half of the question, and it depends on how long it takes to reach the spot where the light works. Those crossing times are still being measured from the boat. Rather than estimate them, this tool says so.
Why the sunset time is not the number you need
Anyone can look up when the sun sets. What that does not tell you is when to leave: the light people actually want starts around forty minutes earlier, and being in the right place for it means knowing how long the crossing takes at that hour. That second number is the one this site is measuring from the boat.
