Private-boat prices on Lake Como as listed: from €250 for an hour to about €1,900 for a full day, per boat, with the sunset premium and the deposits.

My three days sit inside this table, at €500, €900 and €1,250 for the boat. See the half day →

A private boat on Lake Como lists from €250 for one hour to about €1,900 for a full day, always per boat and never per seat. On my boats, four hours are €900 and six hours are €1,250.

These are the numbers I read myself, with the month I read them. For how a day adds up, read what a private boat day costs.

Three patterns matter more than the rows. The unit is the boat, so the cost per head halves when the group doubles. The calendar barely moves these prices: August lists like May. The clock does: a two-hour sunset slot lists €500 against €470 for the same slot in daylight, and that gap tells you which hour sells out first.

From the booking side

A listing says what an operator asks, and a booking says what someone paid. I part-own one of the operators on this lake, so I can read its books. Over two seasons they hold 97 bookings, with a weighted average of €472 per booking. More than half of all booked value sat above €500.

Where the numbers come from

I took these prices from operators’ public listings and platform pages in August 2026. The booking figures come from records I can see, published as totals only. I have not sampled every operator on this lake, so there is no lake-wide average here. Tell me your date and your group, and I send the price for that day. I re-check these numbers every quarter, and the next pass is in December 2026.

Common questions

What does a private boat on Lake Como cost on average?

Across the lake, the listed range runs from €250 for an hour to about €1,900 for a full day, per boat. On my boats, the weighted average booking over two seasons was €472.

Are these prices per person?

No. Every operator I checked prices the boat, not the seat, so one passenger or six pay the same.

Can I cite these numbers?

Yes. Cite each one with the month in the table, because I re-check them and they will change. A link back is welcome, not required.

What I know here was checked between August and September 2026.
